The rivalry between the Rebaño and the Máquina has produced some memorable moments, as both are among the most renowned clubs in the country, which always adds a special flavor to each matchup. Below, we share the great history of this rivalry.
How has the history unfolded in short tournaments?
-The two teams have faced each other 64 times, with a very even record: Chiverío has 19 wins, 24 draws, and 21 losses.
-There is also parity in goals, with Guadalajara scoring 82 and the capital club scoring 85.
-The biggest win in short tournaments goes to Rebaño, with a 4-1 victory in the 2003 Clausura.
