Milan’s Supercoppa Italiana final heroes Rafael Leao, Theo Hernandez and Tammy Abraham all sent messages thanking the Rossoneri supporters after the 3-2 victory over Inter in the Supercoppa Italiana final on Monday night.
The Rossoneri were 2-0 down two minutes into the second half, but the game had turned on its head by full-time as Milan recorded a 3-2 victory in Sergio Conceicao’s second game in charge of the club.
Leao, who had missed the last few games with injury, was introduced after 50 minutes with the team 2-0 down, and put in a particularly impressive attacking display.
Theo Hernandez got the comeback going with a fine free-kick: A set-piece won by Leao less than two minutes after his introduction.

Christian Pulisic found the equaliser with 10 minutes of regular time left to play, before Abraham found the winner in the third minute of injury time.
Speaking to fans via social media after full-time. Leao said: “Thank you so much Rossoneri fans, this trophy is for you. The squad did amazing work and now it’s time to celebrate.”

Andiamo, let’s go,” The Englishman said, while Theo added: “We won thanks to you as well. Big hugs, and Forza Milan!”
