On Wednesday, PSG will take on Tottenham, the Europa League champions, in Udine, Italy. For this Super Cup showdown, Thomas Frank, the new Spurs boss, has already made a bold call by leaving Yves Bissouma out of his squad.
“He’s been late several times, and this time, it was just too much. As a coach, you need to give your players lots of love, but you also need to set standards and enforce consequences,” explained the Danish manager, adding that the situation would be reassessed once the team returns to London.
