CityXtra has also reported that Josko Gvardiol has resumed training after his injury issues. That is good news for Manchester City ahead of this weekend’s match.

An update on the condition of the Manchester City squad is expected later today.

Pep Guardiola will face the media later today for his pre-game press conference. It is expected that Guardiola will provide an update on the condition of his squad. Rodri and Phil Foden travelled with the City squad last weekend but weren’t selected. Savinho’s availability for the match against Tottenham is currently unknown. The Brazilian international is ruled out due to injury. Mateo Kovacic is out until October due to an Achilles injury. It would seem that Josko Gvardiol and Ederson will be available for the match.
