He's back! Paul Pogba will play football again, much to the delight of his fans.

As has been reported for several days, Paul Pogba signed with AS Monaco this Saturday. The Frenchman has agreed to a two-year contract. The French midfielder will now experience Ligue 1 and a third club in his career, after previous spells at Manchester United and Juventus. He will wear the number 8 shirt.

Paul Pogba will also get back into the daily life of a footballer, having not played competitively since September 3, 2023, due to a positive test for dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), a synthetic hormone. Initially suspended for four years, the World Cup winner saw his ban reduced to 18 months by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. He has been eligible to play again since March 11.
