During the match against Aston Villa, midfielder Pape Matar Sarr was seen heading straight down the tunnel with a member of the medical staff, according to Tottenham reporter Jay Harris.

It is a massive blow to Spurs if the midfielder goes on to miss the match against United on the 21st of this month.
