RB Leipzig have had a tricky start to the League Phase of the new-look Champions League: the German side are yet to put a point on the board. Following four defeats in their four matches, RB Leipzig have 0 points, level with Sturm Graz, Young Boys, Crvena zvezda and Slovan Bratislava. However, it must be said that Marco Rose's side have had a very difficult run in the competition, having played against Atlético de Madrid (2-1), Juventus (3-2), Liverpool (1-0) and Celtic (3-1).

In the Bundesliga, meanwhile, they currently sit in third place on 21 points, two behind Eintracht Frankfurt and eight behind league leaders Bayern, but Rose's side did lose 4-3 away at Hoffenheim last time out. RB Leipzig's last league win was on 26 October and have only taken one point in their last three games (against Borussia Mönchengladbach) following defeats to Dortmund and Hoffenheim.
