Inter bring in Mehdi Taremi with Lautaro Martinez and Hakan Calhanoglu, while Sergio Conceicao’s Milan start Christian Pulisic, Alvaro Morata and Yunus Musah in the Supercoppa Italiana Final.
It kicks off at the Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh at 19.00 GMT.
This is the second season using the Final Four format, with Inter beating Atalanta 2-0 and Milan’s 2-1 comeback victory over Juventus in the semi-finals.
If the score is level after 90 minutes, they go directly to a penalty shoot-out, so there will be no extra time.
It’s a Derby della Madonnina in Saudi Arabia, with the Nerazzurri hoping to become the first club ever to win the Supercoppa Italiana four years in a row.
Marcus Thuram sustained a muscular injury against Atalanta, with Joaquin Correa not fully fit either, so Taremi steps in to partner Lautaro Martinez.
Francesco Acerbi and Benjamin Pavard are still out of action too.
Calhanoglu faces his former club with Federico Dimarco and semi-final brace hero Denzel Dumfries on the flanks.

Milan won their debut under new coach Conceicao, but despite being back in training, Rafael Leao is only fit for the bench, so Alex Jimenez starts again.
Matteo Gabbia skipped training yesterday with flu symptoms, while Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Noah Okafor, Samuel Chukwueze and Alessandro Florenzi are out of action.
Yunus Musah comes in for what seems to be a 4-2-3-1 formation, pushing Tijjani Reijnders into a more advanced role supporting Pulisic and Morata.
The only Serie A defeat of the season for Inter was against Milan, losing 2-1 back in September, but that interrupted a run of six consecutive Nerazzurri victories in the Derby della Madonnina.
That includes the Supercoppa Italiana Final in January 2023, which saw Inter run out 3-0 winners.
