Gameweek 10 of the 2024/25 season feels like it could prove to be a pretty significant one when all is said and done.
Arsenal kicked things off with a shock 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United, but the fun was only just getting started. Reigning champions Manchester City soon found themselves behind away to Bournemouth, while Liverpool's visit from Brighton & Hove Albion looked destined to end in disaster after Ferdi Kadioglu's opener.
In the end, Arne Slot's Reds would roar back to a late victory which, thanks to Arsenal and City's defeats, saw them end the round at the top of the standings. But will they actually be able to hold on?
Here's how Opta see the Premier League title race playing out after this bombshell round of action.

The stats give just four teams a chance of winning the title at this early stage in the season.
Sneaking in at the bottom of the standings are Chelsea. Gameweek 10 hardly went to plan for Enzo Maresca's Blues, who slumped to a 1-1 draw away at Manchester United which cost them the chance to climb up into third.
The side currently occupying third, Nottingham Forest, are not given a chance of winning the title or even finishing second, but they do receive a generous 0.1% chance of holding their current spot at the end of the campaign.
There are no prizes for guessing which other three teams are seen as genuine contenders. Despite the poor result and seven-point deficit, Arsenal are still in with a shot, although the fact that no side has closed such a gap to the top since Blackburn Rovers in 1994/95 tells you everything you need to know about their chances of winning.
Liverpool had the last laugh when goals from Cody Gakpo and Mohamed Salah fired them past a Brighton side who were, at one point, occupying a spot in the top four this weekend. Arne Slot's side are sitting pretty at the top and could definitely go the whole way.
Finally, we get to Man City. Pep Guardiola's side are second after ten games, two points behind Liverpool. They clearly have some work to do if they are to reclaim their title but, as we all know, you don't see the best of City until the second half of the season.
The Cityzens' track record of success is why Opta are still backing them to win the title this year.
Elsewhere, the stats are backing Tottenham Hotspur to finish fifth, while Manchester United's best odds are a tenth-placed finish after they ended this round of fixtures sitting on a historically low points tally.
