After picking up a 2-1 victory away against Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-final first leg, there are now six Inter players at risk of being suspended before the yellow card count is wiped clean.
A wonderful, improvised finish from Lautaro Martinez gave the Nerazzurri a first-half lead in Bavaria on Tuesday night, followed by a late equaliser by Thomas Müller and an even later winner from Italy international Davide Frattesi.
The teams will meet again in San Siro for the return fixture next Wednesday (April 16).

Only after full-time of the quarter-final second leg will yellow card tallies be reset. That means that those already on two bookings in this season’s Champions League campaign must avoid another caution in the second leg if they are to avoid a suspension.
Inter have six players on that list: Alessandro Bastoni, Benjamin Pavard, Denzel Dumfries and Nicolo Barella were already one yellow card away from a suspension before the first-leg, which is still the case.
They are now joined by Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Lautaro Martinez, who both earned their second yellow cards of the Champions League campaign in the first leg against Bayern.
