Milan desperately try to get back on track with Santiago Gimenez and Luka Modric, but face a tricky trip to Lecce, including their youth product Francesco Camarda.
It kicks off at the Stadio Via del Mare at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).
The Rossoneri had a disastrous start to the Serie A season with a shock 2-1 home defeat to newly-promoted Cremonese.
To make matters even worse, Rafael Leao is still out injured, but now joined by Ardon Jashari, who is out for several weeks with a fractured fibula.
Christian Pulisic is also not 100 per cent fit, so Alexis Saelemaekers moves into the more advanced role, supporting Gimenez.
Modric continues to be flanked by Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Youssouf Fofana and Pervis Estupinan.
Alex Jimenez is left out ahead of a possible move to Bournemouth, but Yunus Musah starts again, despite being heavily linked with Atalanta.

Lecce opened their campaign with a 0-0 draw away to Genoa, but are continuing to revamp their squad in the final days of the transfer market.
That means the arrival of Nikola Stulic, replacing Nikola Krstovic, and ex-Milan winger Riccardo Sottil.
All eyes are on Camarda, the Rossoneri youth product who is on loan at Lecce this season to help develop some experience.
Santiago Pierotti returns from suspension, but Balthazar Pierret, Hamza Rafia, Filip Marchwinski and Gaby Jean are injured.
Francesco Camarda arrives in Lecce ahead of his transfer from Milan.
