David Neres comes in to the Napoli attack with Romelu Lukaku and Scott McTominay for the trip to Florian Thauvin’s Udinese.
It kicks off at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine at 17.00 GMT.
It has been a rough week for Antonio Conte’s side, because with two defeats to Lazio in the space of a few days they went out of the Coppa Italia and lost the top of the Serie A table to Atalanta.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia joined Pasquale Mazzocchi on the treatment table, so David Neres gets only his second Serie A start.
It’s time he had his chance, having contributed two goals and five assists in 15 competitive games for Napoli.

Udinese had started the season very strong, then had a dismal spell of one point from five rounds, but got back on track with Monday’s 2-1 victory away to Monza.
Goalkeeper Maduka Okoye is the latest addition to the growing absentee list along with Martin Payero, Keinan Davis, Oier Zarraga and Gerard Deulofeu.
The good news is the return of defender Isaak Touré from suspension after his very early red card against Genoa.
Veteran Thauvin supports Lorenzo Lucca upfront, while ex-Inter man Alexis Sanchez is finally back on the bench for the first time this season.
