Douglas Luiz, Khephren Thuram and Kenan Yildiz support Dusan Vlahovic for Juventus, while Lazio go with Taty Castellanos, Boulaye Dia and Mattia Zaccagni.
It kicks off at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).
This is a head-to-head for position, as both teams are tied on 13 points from the first seven rounds.
While Juve are still unbeaten, they’ve drawn four of their seven Serie A games, scoring 10 goals and conceding only one.
Injuries are piling up for coach Thiago Motta, who is without Teun Koopmeiners, Nico Gonzalez, Weston McKennie, Arkadiusz Milik and Gleison Bremer.
Francisco Conceicao is also suspended after his red card in the 1-1 draw with Cagliari, so Douglas Luiz gets a rare start with Andrea Cambiaso bumped up into midfield.

Castellanos is supported by Gustav Isaksen, Dia and Zaccagni, but the one to watch is Nuno Tavares, who has contributed five assists in as many Serie A appearances.
