Brighton came from behind to beat Premier League champions Liverpool last night to keep the Seagulls' hopes of European football alive - and the south coast club are now one of only three teams in the top tier with a trio of players in double figures.
Trailing 2-1 at the break, Fabian Hurzeler's side levelled on 69 minutes through winger Kaoru Mitoma, who had come off the bench, and then fellow substitute Jack Hinshelwood notched with just five minutes left on the clock to seal a valuable win that moved Brighton up into eighth spot.
Should Chelsea lose against Nottingham Forest next weekend and finish seventh, Brighton are now in pole position to qualify for the additional Europa Conference League spot that would be available.
Brighton have now collected 20 points from losing positions in the Premier League this season (only Liverpool and Fulham have won more) and Mitoma's goal moved the Japan international onto 10 goals for the season - which means the Seagulls now have three players on double figures in the top flight.
Each with 10 goals to their name, Danny Welbeck, João Pedro and Mitoma are now one of only three double-digit trios in the Premier League, along with Liverpool (Salah - Diaz - Gakpo) and Brentford (Mbeumo - Wissa - Schade).
It's an impressive stat, which underlines the Seagulls' multi-faceted offensive threat, and Hurzeler will hope his attacking trident can help Brighton consolidate eighth position - and that potential European spot - with victory at Tottenham on the final day of the Premier League season on Sunday.
