Mohamed Salah has raised doubts about his Liverpool future, revealing his disappointment over the club’s failure to offer him a new contract as his current deal edges closer to its expiry at the end of the season.

The Egyptian forward, who has delivered 12 goals and ten assists in just 18 appearances this season, admitted he has not received any offers to extend his stay at Anfield.

Following Liverpool’s thrilling 3-2 victory over Southampton, where he reached the milestone of 100 away goals for the club, Salah suggested he is more likely to leave than stay.

“We’re almost in December, and I haven’t received any offers to stay at the club,” Salah said. “I’m probably more out than in.

“I’ve been here for many years, and there’s no club like this, but it’s not in my hands. It’s December, and I still don’t know anything about my future.”

Salah expressed frustration over the lack of progress, describing the situation as disappointing. “I love the fans, and the fans love me, but it’s not in my hands or theirs,” he added. “Let’s wait and see.”

Despite the uncertainty, Salah remains focused on his current goals, emphasising his ambition to win the Premier League and Champions League this season.
