We're through! Sérgio Conceição's Rossoneri were victorious at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh as they came from behind to beat Juventus by two goals to nil. This victory in Conceição's first game in charge saw the Rossoneri progress to Monday's Supercoppa final, where they will take on Inter. Following Yıldız's first-half opener, AC Milan came back to win it after the break through Pulisic and a Gatti own-goal, forced by Musah.
The team reacted well to make it a winning start for Sérgio Conceição. Despite having only had a few days to get to know the team, and a fever to boot, there was plenty of desire to keep going and get the result. We can build on this ahead of the final, in which there's a trophy aim for and the Nerazzurri, who have won the last three Supercoppa, to contend with. The only way is growth, fitness and an attempt to repeat the result from 22 September. Forza Rossoneri, no fear!

MATCH REPORT It began with the Rossoneri being aggressive, falling away after the encouraging opening minutes and conceding on the first real push from the Bianconeri: in the 21st minute, Mbangula picked out Yıldız on the opposite side of the pitch who unleashed a powerful shot that dipped in under the crossbar for the Juventus lead. AC Milan struggled to reorganise their efforts, suffering from the constant high press of Thiago Motta’s side. No big chances came our way and the first real shot was for Fofana with a few minutes until the break. Yıldız threatened Maignan once again with a shot from the edge of the box, saved. Colombo sent the sides the the dressing room with us behind. The second half got underway with no changes but many chances: Yıldız from a distance and Vlahović troubled our goalkeeper.
Conceição didn’t wait long before calling on the bench: in the 53rd minute, Musah replaced Bennacer, a move which would lead to a lot. One minute later, Theo Hernández somehow missed the equaliser, shooting high from inside the box. Reijnders had a go from far out in the 66th minute but Di Gregorio saved. AC Milan upped the pace and went level: Pulisic won a penalty thanks to a foul from Locatelli and stepped up to convert from the spot in the 71st minute, firing under the crossbar. The comeback was completed in the 75th minute when Musah’s cross for Abraham was deflected into the net by Gatti. 2-1 and AC Milan covered themselves off with Terracciano and Gabbia: Matteo was decisive in stopping the last Juventus attempt, blocking Gatti through on goal. Final whistle, we’re in the final.
