The former Aston Villa talisman, who moved to Manchester City for a record-breaking fee, has seen his form dip this season, sparking debates over his future at the Etihad.

While his undeniable talent is recognised across the footballing world, questions about his consistency have left many wondering if a change of scenery might be what Grealish needs.

Could Tottenham be the team to reignite the England international's career? And what role would Grealish play in Ange Postecoglou’s setup if a deal were to materialise?

This season, Spurs continue their battle to stay afloat. With rising stars like Archie Gray being guided by seasoned veterans, fans remain hopeful that the club will soon reclaim its spot among the Premier League’s top teams.

According to reports, Tottenham’s technical director Johan Lange has been pushing for a move for Grealish since last summer, leveraging his past relationship with the player during their time together at Aston Villa.

Spurs remain keen, but they aren’t the only suitors.

The Sun claims that Manchester United and Newcastle United are also monitoring the 28-year-old.

While Grealish still has a role at City, his lack of minutes this season, coupled with Guardiola’s comments, has raised eyebrows.

Guardiola recently explained to Football London his preference for fielding Savinho over Grealish, stating:

"Do I want the Jack that won the treble? Yes, I want it – but I try to be honest with myself for that. What happened with Savinho’s delivery in the box? It’s higher than the other wingers in that position."

Grealish is reportedly considering leaving England to explore opportunities abroad.

His salary of £300,000 per week, however, could be a major stumbling block for most clubs interested in securing his services.

Grealish transfer deal faces uncertainty

Last season, Grealish played a pivotal role in Manchester City’s historic treble-winning campaign, but his form this season has faltered.

Despite limited appearances, the attacking midfielder remains one of England’s most technically gifted players.
