A leading member of the youth setup at La Liga giants Real Madrid is giving consideration to seeking out a new adventure next season.

That’s according to Marca, who point towards Nico Paz as the player in question.

Midfielder Paz, for his part, is fresh off something of a peculiar campaign in Spain’s capital.

After managing a solid haul of eight appearances for Carlo Ancelotti’s first-team over the first half of the term, the 19-year-old was then restricted to only outings at youth level.

And it is such uncertainty regarding his role which, it would appear, is now leading Paz to consider a summer transfer.

As per a report from Marca, the Argentine youth international is aware that, in the case of staying put next season, he will again be confined to reserve football.

Paz, as a result, could test his talents at one of a whole host of clubs keen on his signature.

The Real Madrid coaching staff, for their part, remain firm believers in his talents, therefore only likely to sanction Paz’s exit in the case of either a loan, or a sale featuring a buyback option.

It now remains to be seen whether any of his suitors are willing to offer up any such deal.
