A fresh insight into Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappé’s imminent move to La Liga giants Real Madrid has this week been forthcoming online.

The info comes courtesy of transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, and points towards something of a spectacle as being in store…

Frontman Mbappé, for his part, is of course all set to take his talents to Spain’s capital this summer, after allowing his contract terms with Ligue 1 champions PSG to expire.

Negotiations have long been underway between the entourage of the Frenchman, and the board at the Santiago Bernabéu, with a view to a pre-contract agreement beginning next season.

Chatter surrounding the transfer has gone somewhat quiet of late, culminating in whispers on the part of some in Madrid that a potential hiccup may have been forthcoming during talks.

The truth is, however, that those of a Blancos persuasion have little to worry about.

As per the aforementioned Fabrizio Romano, speaking to Caught Offside, everything is continuing to move ‘in the right direction’ for Mbappé to end up a member of Carlo Ancelotti’s star-studded squad.

In fact, so confident are Florentino Pérez and co. of striking a deal, that they have already sanctioned plans for what is expected to be an absolute spectacle in the Spanish capital.

Romano adds that a ‘special official announcement’ is on the way, for Real Madrid’s latest Galáctico signing.
