According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, it has been learned that Real Madrid remain alert in the transfer market, even after locking in several signings for the 2025/26 season.
It must be noted that the club has already secured Dean Huijsen, Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Franco Mastantuono. Alvaro Carreras is also expected to join after the Club World Cup in the United States, bringing the total to four new arrivals.
But even with those additions, Madrid’s work in the market may not be over, as club officials know that a lot can change after the Club World Cup.
Depending on how the squad performs in the tournament, they may look to strengthen certain areas further.
The team is not expected to rush into any decisions, but if the right opportunity comes along, Madrid could act quickly.

Real Madrid are primarily looking at adding depth in midfield and up front. These two positions are seen as areas where extra quality might be needed, especially if current options fall short during the tournament.
At the same time, the club is also open to reinforcing the defence if a good option becomes available.
There is also growing hope within the club that some of the academy players could make the jump to the first team.
Xabi Alonso has taken 10 youth players to the Club World Cup, and several of them were coached by him during his time in the academy.
One standout is Gonzalo Garcia, who could turn out to be the striker Real Madrid are looking for.
Right now, nothing is urgent. But with eyes firmly on both the transfer market and their own youth talents, Madrid are preparing for every possible scenario.
