Liverpool have been the most active team in the transfer market this summer, spending more than €300 million new players.

The club roped in the likes of Florian Wirtz, Hugo Ekitike, Milos Kerkez and Jeremie Frimpong. But their summer is far from over and the club could still make a move for another attacker.

Liverpool have been linked with a move for Real Madrid superstar Rodrygo earlier in the summer and as we enter the final three weeks of the transfer window, the club may be considering making a move for the attacker.

Liverpool considering move for two players

According to Foot Mercato, two players have emerged on Liverpool’s radar lately, as the club consider signing another attacker.

The two players in question are Bradley Barcola of PSG and Real Madrid superstar Rodrygo, whose future at the club remains uncertain.

The Brazilian international didn’t have the best summer, falling behind Arda Guler in the pecking order and failing to impress new coach Xabi Alonso.

Rodrygo’s place in the team may reduce further with Franco Mastantuono soon expected to join the Real Madrid camp.

Keeping that in mind, a move away from Santiago Bernabeu could make a world of sense, although the Brazilian international has not shown any desire to leave.

Rodrygo has been closely linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur lately but the player is not keen on joining the Lilywhites.

Liverpool, to that end, may appear to be a more desirable destination for the Brazilian as he looks to take the next step in his career.

The Reds are also targeting a move for Newcastle United star Alexander Isak, although the Magpies have no intention of selling the Swedish sensation.

So, it now remains to be seen whether the Premier League champions are prepared to make a concrete move for Rodrygo or lean towards other options.
