Real Madrid fans take aim at two underperforming players during Man City clash | OneFootball

Fans of La Liga giants Real Madrid have taken to social media in numbers on Tuesday evening, to make clear their frustrations with two members of the club’s squad.

Real, of course, are currently locked in action on the continent.

In the first of two Champions League playoff fixtures, Los Blancos have made the trip to The Etihad, for a showdown with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

As things stand in Manchester, the visitors find themselves trailing by a goal to nil, owing to a solitary strike on the part of Erling Haaland.

And, amid what has proven an underwhelming outing to date for Real, the club’s fans have taken firm aim at two members of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad.

One comes in the form of Ferland Mendy, who looks an absolute shadow of the defensive stalwart of last season, in being blown by far too easily.

And the other is fellow Frenchman Eduardo Camavinga, who was guilty of needlessly surrendering possession on numerous occasions during the first-half.

*To Camavinga’s credit, he has since looked much improved.*
