Five players will leave relegated Barclays Women’s Super League club Crystal Palace this month when their contracts with The Eagles come to an end.

The South Londoners announced their summer exit list via a post on their official club website this afternoon.

It has been reported that Annabel Blanchard, Mille Gejl, Katrine Veje, Izzy Atkinson and Ria Öling will all be leaving Selhurst Park this summer.

Attacker Blanchard is arguably the highest-profile departure. The 24-year-old was instrumental in helping Crystal Palace win the Barclays WSL2 title in 2023/2024. Winger Atkinson arrived at the club midway through that campaign and also helped The Eagles get over the line with a game to spare. Gejl, Veje and Öling all arrived at Crystal Palace last season.

Experienced full-back Fliss Gibbons already announced her Crystal Palace exit last month with the player opting for retirement.

The 2024/2025 campaign was extremely difficult for Crystal Palace with the club having struggled with the transition to the top tier. The Eagles collected just 10 points all season and were relegated well-before the campaign drew to a close. Head coach Leif Smerud announced his departure soon after the club’s final game and the South Londoners are yet to appoint a new leader for next season.
