After impressing with two assists in Argentina’s win over Brazil in the first game of the 2025 South American U-20 Championship, three major clubs—Inter Milan, PSG, and Borussia Dortmund—have shown interest in him.

Acuña, who came up through the youth ranks at Newell’s Old Boys, has already made a name for himself in the Argentine league. Although the 19-year-old’s contract with Newell’s Old Boys runs through December 2026, these clubs may act fast if his performances continue to impress in this tournament.
