PSG could turn to Real Madrid’s Rodrygo, should Liverpool target Bradley Barcola leave | OneFootball

Bradley Barcola (22) is being linked with a departure from Paris Saint-Germain between now and the end of the transfer window. As revealed by L’Équipe, Liverpool have re-ignited their interest amid difficulties in getting a deal for Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak (25) over the line. The Tyneside club are thus far holding firm in their stance that the Sweden international is not for sale.

Club sources state that, in all likelihood, Barcola will stay at PSG this summer. However, they indicate that there is a 5% chance that he could leave. To sign him, Liverpool would have to submit a bid upward of €100m, and the player himself would have to express a desire to leave.

However, should both of those things come to pass and should Barcola leave, Fabrizio Romano understands that PSG would then move to Real Madrid’s Rodrygo (24). The Brazilian, who could leave the Spanish giants this summer, also features on Liverpool’s shortlist.
