Coach Thiago Motta and Manuel Locatelli spoke to the press following Juventus’ 1-2 loss against AC Milan in the EA SPORTS FC SUPERCUP 2024/2025 Semi-Final that took place in Riyadh.

“We are not happy. We went ahead, we had chances to put the game to bed and we didn't do it. We have to improve in character, we have to react to the shifts in momentum that happen during the match and tonight we were not good at it while on other occasions we showed what we are capable of. It's a pity because we wanted to reach the final but we weren't able to do so.”

“I made a decisive mistake that let Milan back into the game, then we didn't have the reaction we needed in a match we had initially approached well. We lacked control of the game and I think it's part of our journey, but at Juventus there's no time and you have to learn quickly from this type of match.”
