A rejuvenated Napoli hope to kick off their Serie A campaign in style when they face Verona at the Stadio Bentegodi tomorrow.

Victory on the final matchday of the season confirmed a fifth straight season in the Serie A for Verona and they will be aiming to turn things around this season to avoid such an event again. Former manager Marco Baroni created an improved side after the January transfer window as he led The Gialloblu to collect 20 points in the second half of last season. However, this season, Verona start with a new face on the sidelines as Paolo Zanetti takes over at the helm of the club. Verona have little to look forward to in their upcoming match as they lost 13 of the last 14 league meetings between the two sides.

Meanwhile, Antonio Conte is set to return to the Serie A with Napoli this season as he has been given the task to overturn the pessimistic vision of this side from last campaign. After the departure of Scudettow-winning manager Luciano Spalletti, the Partenopei went through the likes of Rudi Garcia, Walter Mazzarri and Francesco Calzona but found no stability during the season. Napoli are expected to lose Victor Osimhen soon but fans still believe that Conte will be the magical man who will bring back the glory days of the club.

Here are the predicted line-ups for the match:

Verona (4-2-3-1): Montipo; Tchatchoua, Coppola, Dawidowicz, Okou; Serdar, Duda; Suslov, Harroui, Lazovic; Tengstedt.

Napoli (3-4-2-1): Meret; Di Lorenzo, Rrahmani, Buongiorno; Mazzocchi, Lobotka, Anguissa, Spinazzola; Politano, Kvaratskhelia; Raspadori.
