Roma youngster Niccolo Pisilli declared love for his boyhood club during the recent Beppe Viola award ceremony.
The award ceremony for the 41st edition of the AICS Beppe Viola Sports Culture Award was held this morning at the Salone d’Oro del Coni.
Niccolò Pisilli was among the award recipients.
While accepting his award, Pisilli said, “I arrived at Roma at the age of eight, I went through the youth sector of Roma. Then I joined the first team: for me it was the fulfillment of a dream. A beautiful journey.”
“Trigoria has become like a second home, I care about all the people who are part of Roma.”
“For now this is a daydream. I hope it continues for as long as possible.”
“I’m still a boy and I have to improve day by day. Then in a few years, maybe, I’ll be able to tell what I’ve accomplished.”
“For us at Roma this is a bit of a difficult moment. No doubt about it. But the season is still very long, we still have time to get back up and we will try to do it in every way.”
“My dream? Winning the World Cup with Italy and the Scudetto with Roma.”
