A one-time member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid on Thursday reunited with his former teammates in Carlo Ancelotti’s squad.

The player in question? Karim Benzema.

Frontman Benzema of course brought a close to his iconic stint on the books in Spain’s capital in the summer of 2023, opting to see out the twilight years of his career in Saudi Arabia.

Real Madrid, meanwhile, just so happen to have made the trip to Jeddah, the city in which Benzema plies his trade with Al-Ittihad, this week.

As much comes ahead of a Spanish Super Cup semi-final meeting with RCD Mallorca later this evening.

The one-time Ballon d’Or winner, in turn, made use of the opportunity to link back up with some of his ex-teammates, on Thursday morning.

Taking to his official Instagram account, Benzema unveiled a photo of the get-together in question, as showcased below:
