Still shots of Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti’s stunned reaction to the spectacular goal netted by Vinícius Jr. during the club’s latest outing have surfaced online.

And they make clear just how impressed the Italian was with the exploits of his attacking star.

Vinícius of course played a starring role on Sunday evening, as Real Madrid secured a return to winning ways on the domestic front.

Los Blancos welcomed Rayo Vallecano to Spain’s capital a short time ago, for a La Liga clash.

When all was said and done, the evening’s hosts emerged on the right side of a 2-1 result, owing to goals on the part of Kylian Mbappé, and that man Vinícius.

The latter’s strike proved a particularly memorable one, with the Brazilian having conjured up a moment of individual brilliance, to dance his way beyond a series of defenders, before slotting home in style.

And as alluded to above, one individual on whom such excellence was not at all lost was Carlo Ancelotti.

After seeing Vinícius’ finish ripple the Rayo net, tactician Ancelotti was spotted looking in nothing short of shock on the sideline:
