Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has decided to start Benjamin Pavard in defense against PSG. This evening’s Champions League final showdown kicks off at 21.00 CET.
This evening’s match will define Inter’s season.
Therefore, it is little surprise to see Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi go with his strongest available starting eleven. Accordingly, there is no thought of squad rotation.
For the first time in months, Inzaghi has his entire squad at his disposal.
Therefore, the Inter coach has not had to make any tough decisions.

The big team news for Inter is the return of defender Benjamin Pavard.
The Frenchman last played more than a month ago, picking up an ankle sprain in a Serie A clash with Roma.
However, Pavard has fully recovered from that injury. Therefore, he is back in the starting eleven.
Meanwhile, Francesco Acerbi and Alessandro Bastoni complete the Inter back three in front of Yann Sommer.
In midfield, then, it is the first-choice trio of Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Nicolo Barella.

On the flanks, meanwhile, Federico Dimarco and Denzel Dumfries start for Inter.
Lastly, in attack it is the duo of Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram.
Both Martinez and Thuram have dealt with some injury issues in recent weeks. Therefore, they have not played together all that often since the start of April.
However, in the Champions League knockouts they have been Inter’s main strikers. Accordingly, both are in the starting eleven this evening.
On the bench, meanwhile, Inter have plenty of potential difference-makers.
Most notably, midfielder Davide Frattesi has come off the bench to score decisive goals against both Bayern Munich and Barcelona in the Champions League knockouts.
