Real Madrid will be eager to produce a strong reaction when they take on Deportivo Alaves on Sunday evening, after having lost two games in a row over the past week.

The Merengues could go into tomorrow’s clash as many as seven points behind leaders Barcelona and know that another slip-up would potentially spell an end to their title hopes.

As such, there is zero margin of error while at the same time Carlo Ancelotti will also have an eye on the do-or-die UCL clash against Arsenal next week.

Ahead of the trip to Vitoria, the Real Madrid boss has announced the squad list of players who will be available for selection tomorrow.

The most notable news is that after a month and a half out of action, Dani Ceballos makes his return to the squad, having trained with the group for most of this week.

Aurelien Tchouameni, who missed the midweek game vs. Arsenal through suspension, returns for the league fixture. David Alaba is also fit and available after having not trained with the squad over the last couple of days due to a thigh problem.

Ferland Mendy and Andriy Lunin remain unavailable for Real Madrid while Dani Carvajal and Eder Militao are long-term absentees.

Youngster Jesus Fortea was called up to train with the first team today but has not been included on the squad list.
