Newcastle United have suffered several setbacks in their bid to reinforce their attack this summer.

However, Chelsea’s swoop for Pedro opens the door for Newcastle to sign West Ham United’s Mohammed Kudus, and they must capitalise.

His sensational display in a 2-1 loss to Liverpool caught the eye. Reds manager Arne Slot admitted the Ghanaian was ‘almost uncontrollable’ as he torched their backline.

His combination of fearless dribbling, drive, and finishing will make him a weapon for Newcastle.

Kudus is a Swiss army knife that can fill any position and deliver the goods. His knack for rising to the occasion in big matches would be a massive plus for the Magpies.

The 24-year-old is young, hungry, and has room to grow. He has already demonstrated his ability to adapt to the pace and intensity of English football.
