Milan’s Malick Thiaw stalls Como move | OneFootball

Malick Thiaw has yet to give the green light to Como for transfer despite an agreement on transfer fees with Serie A counterparts Milan.

According to a report by Alfredo Pedulla, Milan’s Malick Thiaw is currently mulling over a potential transfer to Como.

Como have an agreement in place with the Rossoneri for a €25 million transfer package, but the process of the signing has stalled due to the player’s indecision.

Como head coach, Cesc Fabregas has personally spoken to the defender and has assured him a starter role at the club, and it is up to the German now to decide on his future. This situation arose due to Como still being in the market for similar defensive roles to those of Thiaw.

It remains to be seen what happens with this impasse as the conditions are not ideal. However, Como are expected to progress with the signing of Alvaro Morata since a fee has been agreed with Milan.
