Jordy Bruijn has left Heracles Almelo. The 29-year-old midfielder becomes the fourth Dutchman to join Johnny Jansen’s Bali United.
Bruijn was no longer in Bas Sibum’s Heracles plans this season. However, fortunately for him, Indonesia has now offered him an opportunity.
Jansen convinced Bruijn to move to Bali United, and he now follows three other Dutch players who had already left for one of the largest islands in the Southeast Asian archipelago. Buijn will join Mike Hauptmeijer, Thijmen Goppel, and Tim Receveur.
Bruijn was under contract with Heracles for a year and a half, with a contract until the summer of 2026. The Almelo club will receive a minimal transfer fee for him.
