Franck Kessié could be heading back to Italy

The future of Franck Kessié looks set to unfold far from Al-Ahli Saudi, despite a contract running until June 2026. The Ivorian midfielder is determined to return to Europe, where no shortage of clubs are eager to sign him.

The former AC Milan and FC Barcelona midfielder has informed his club’s management of his desire to return to the Old Continent.

The Saudi club could agree to his request in order to avoid losing him for free next summer.

According to several consistent reports, the 28-year-old has multiple offers from Italy. His former club Milan wants to bring him back, and Juventus are also keen on his return.

However, two other Serie A sides appear to have the upper hand in the race: AS Roma and Fiorentina. Roma’s management is reportedly ready to put €14 million on the table to seal the deal.
