Red Devils are taking part in the Premier League Summer Series this year
Manchester United are back in action this weekend as their preparations for the new campaign continue in the USA against a familiar foe.
Ruben Amorim’s side take on fellow Premier League outfit West Ham, as part of the Premier League Summer Series tournament in their second pre-season fixture of the summer.
Coming off last weekend’s goalless draw in Sweden against Leeds, there is plenty for the Portuguese head coach to work on and his options have been boosted by the addition of Bryan Mbeumo.
The Cameroon international is with the Man Utd squad stateside after completing his £65million move from Brentford at the beginning of the week.
West Ham have a new signing of their own to parade too after sealing a deal for Kyle Walker-Peters on a free transfer following the full-back’s departure from Southampton.
Graham Potter’s side began their preparations for the new season with a comfortable win over Grasshopper Club Zurich last Saturday.
Manchester United vs West Ham is scheduled for a 12am BST kick-off on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
The match will take place at the MetLife Stadium, New Jersey.
TV channel: In the UK, the game will be televised live on Sky Sports. Coverage starts at 11pm BST on Sky Sports Premier League, Main Event and Ultra HDR on Saturday, July 26, 2025 ahead of the overnight kick-off.
Live stream: Viewers can also stream the game live on MUTV. A 12-month subscription costs £29.99.

Manchester United’s latest marquee signing Bryan Mbeumo could be in line for his first appearance in red.
Andre Onana is ruled out for much of pre-season after he sustained a hamstring injury. Otherwise, United are at full-strength, but Lisandro Martinez, who is part of the travelling squad, will not play as he continues his recovery from knee surgery.
As for West Ham, they have included summer signings Walker-Peters and El Hadji Malick Diouf in their 29-man travelling party. Edson Alvarez will join up with his team-mates after being granted a longer break following his exploits with Mexico at the Gold Cup earlier this summer.
However, Crysencio Summerville has not travelled as he continues his recovery from injury.

Man Utd lacked a cutting edge against Leeds last week, so it will be interesting to see the approach Amorim takes for this one.
The Portuguese head coach will have had an extra week to drill his philosophies and ideas into his squad, and the addition of Mbeumo means he is likely to have two of his first-choice front three on show.
Naturally, both managers will experiment and use the game to build up match sharpness, but United’s squad should have enough to get the win.
Man United to win, 2-1.
The Hammers won both Premier League meetings against the Red Devils last season, including a 2-0 success at Old Trafford as recently as May.
Manchester United wins: 74
West Ham wins: 50

Manchester United to win: 5/6
