Last season's PFA Player of Year had a slow start to the 2024/25 season, but Manchester City will love seeing Phil Foden back in top form.
The England international opened the scoring against Ipswich on Sunday for his fifth goal in his last six Premier League games.
Then, only 3:21 later, Foden assisted Mateo Kovačić for the club's second.
And to improve matters, he secured a brace on the night just before half-time. The second goal was a carbon copy of the first, bundling the ball over the line from inside the six-yard box.
It is the first time Foden has scored and assisted in the same Premier League game this season. A feat he didn't achieve in his award-winning year!
As City looks to continue their trek back up the table, they will hope Foden continues this way.
