Reports in Italy claim that Mike Maignan and Davide Calabria will be available for Milan against Inter on Sunday, after sustaining injuries during a 3-1 loss against Liverpool on Tuesday.
French keeper Maignan and Italian right-back Calabria will be available for Milan when the Rossoneri meet city rivals Inter at San Siro on Sunday.
Both players sustained injuries during Tuesday night’s Champions League loss against Liverpool, but according to several Italian sources, including Sky Sport and Gazzetta, they’ll be available against Inter in three days.
Gazzetta reports that Maignan trained with the rest of the team this morning and has recovered from a knee issue. Maignan no longer feels pain and will be available for selection against the Nerazzurri.
The same is true of Calabria, while Malick Thiaw may go on the bench after recovering from an ankle injury.
Luka Jovic will also be available for Milan against Inter. The Serbia international wasn’t even on the bench against Liverpool because he’s not part of the Rossoneri UEFA list for the league phase.
