Madueke misses Chelsea training as he closes in on Arsenal move

Noni Madueke was not involved in Chelsea training ahead of the Club World Cup final against PSG as he closes in on a move to Arsenal.

The 23-year-old is set to leave the Blues camp in the USA and head back to London, where he is expected to undergo a medical at Arsenal.

Arsenal are set to pay around £52m for the England international, who is expected to join the club on a five-year deal.

Chelsea take on the reigning Champions League winners on Sunday in New Jersey and have been boosted by the involvement of duo Moises Caicedo and Robert Sanchez in training.

Caicedo was taken off in the semi-final against Fluminense after injuring his ankle but looks set to be involved against PSG.

Sanchez has also been carrying an injury of late but took part in team training and could also be involved again against PSG, who thrashed Real Madrid in the semi-final to reach this stage of the competition.
