Liam Delap has been one of the revelations of the season so far, taking to life in the top flight with ease and becoming Ipswich's main man.
His latest goal at Fulham is a testament to that.
Mere moments after Fulham had cancelled out Sammy Szomdics opener from the spot, Ipswich got a penalty of their own, with Delap being taken down by Timothy Castagne.
The 21-year-old dusted himself down, and made no mistake from 12 yards, hammering the ball into the net, and charging away to the away end.
With it, he became the first U21 player in the league to reach 10 goal contributions for the season, eight of which have been goals.
Liam Delap is the first U21 player to reach 10 G/A this PL season. No other player has more than 7.–
His all-action play is reminiscent of a striker from a bygone era, and he appears to absolutely relish the big occasion.
Might he find his way into Thomas Tuchel's first England squad in a few months?
