The Leicester City players can take inspiration from their own club's history in the quest for Premier League survival.
A showdown with fellow EPL strugglers and Midlands rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers is next. Wolves have just sacked former manager Gary O'Neil after a strange start to the campaign which entered meltdown recently.
The new man in charge at Molineux is Portuguese Vitor Pereira, continuing the outfit's link to that country in general. Pereira could now oversee a change in fortunes for Wolves. And they are as desperate to get their season on track as Leicester.
If you're interested in why there are so many of the same countryman in WV1, the influx of influence is said to be down to one man: Jorge Mendes. A few years ago now, when Nuno Espirito Santo was at the helm, super agent Mendes began successfully trading players from Portugal there under a grateful Espirito Santo.
The rest is history. Though the modern incarnation of Wolves remains very Portugale. Pereira, the new boss, has pedigree as a champion. He'll also have his own ideas and style; the 56-year-old actually shares many similarities with NES regarding respective systems.
That being said, I feel many aspects of WWFC will remain the same in the short term. They have a clear methodology. Not to mention the same bunch of equally dissatisfying players as LCFC in 2024/25.
I believe Wolves' new manager bounce may be flatter than expected. Their squad must also acclimatise to the latest gaffer's approach. These factors surely give the King Power side a chance to overwhelm their opponents, especially at home.
Jamie Vardy is the only Premier League title-winner from 2015/16 still in Leicestershire. Can he inspire the team against one of his favourite foes from Wolverhampton? Vardy was not only part of that unreal achievement, he lifted the FA Cup with Leicester along with the Community Shield.
But most pertinent and important is the fact that the iconic striker was a part of the fabled 2014/15 'Great Escape' City miraculously achieved. Maybe Vardy could get his teammates fired up with a passionate retelling of that story. Elsewhere he can always rouse the Blue Army with his prowess and beneficial on-field antics.
