MIAMI – The 2024/25 Concacaf Nations League continues on Friday, with Groups B and C on display in League B.
Saint Lucia leads Group B, but only two points separate second place Curaçao. Grenada and Saint Martin follow in the standings and seek to avoid relegation.
Undefeated Haiti needs only a point to seal the first-place spot in Group C, which it will seek to do when it meets Sint Maarten. Puerto Rico and Aruba will meet in the 400th match in Nations League history.
Saint Lucia vs. Grenada
Saint Lucia meets Grenada in Group B of League B at the Ergilio Hato Stadium in Willemstad, Curaçao. These sides meet again after a 2-1 Saint Lucia win in September.
Saint Lucia is on the hunt to solidify their top spot as Grenada is fighting to stay in the mix in a tightly contested Group B. Caniggia Elva has scored three goals in four matches this tournament and is a key player for Saint Lucia.
Grenada will rely on dynamic midfielder Darius Johnson and Regan Charles-Cook to get things going offensively after the team finished scoreless in two October matches.
Saint Martin vs. Curaçao
Saint Martin and Curaçao face off in Group B of League B at the Ergilio Hato Stadium in Willemstad, Curaçao.
Curaçao blanked Saint Martin 4-nil in September and hopes to make another statement in this encounter. Goalkeeper and captain Eloy Room has been a standout in the October matches with 12 saves and a pair of clean sheets. Leandro Bacuna and Juninho Bacuna lead the offense as the nation seeks to close the two-point gap from first place.
Saint Martin is coming off a big 4-nil win last month against leaders Saint Lucia. Axel Raga is the nation’s top scorer in CNL, scoring nine goals in two editions.
Sint Maarten vs. Haiti
Sint Maarten meets Haiti in Group C of League B at Estadio Centroamericano de Mayagüez in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.
Haiti is the highest-scoring team across the Nations League and needs only a point to clinch the first place. Les Grenadiers have tallied 18 goals in four games thanks to the explosive duo of Duckens Nazon and Frantzdy Pierrot.
Haiti defeated Sint Maarten 6-nil in September. A Nazon hat trick, a Mikael Cantave brace, and a goal from Attys Christopher delivered the victory.
Sint Maarten will look to Chovanie Amatkarijo to get things going in the attack. He has scored five goals and provided three assists over the last three CNL editions.
Puerto Rico vs. Aruba
Puerto Rico and Aruba square off in Group C of League B at Estadio Centroamericano de Mayagüez in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. This encounter will mark the 400th match in Nations League history.
The hosts remain alive in the fight for a Gold Cup preliminary spot as one of the best runners-up. Ricardo Rivera will be one of the players to watch as the nation seeks to earn points on home soil.
The prior contest between the sides ended in a 1-nil Puerto Rico win on September 9. Leandro Antonetti scored the lone goal in the 73rd minute.
Aruba remains winless in this tournament and in danger of relegation to League C.
