Lauryn Goodman has reportedly asked Kyle Walker for permission to rent out her Sussex home so she can move abroad for a year.
The £2.4m house, owned by the Manchester City captain, is where reality TV star Goodman lives with the two children she shares with Walker, conceived during their two affairs.
The 34-year-old footballer is facing a turbulent period, with transfer rumours surrounding his playing career and reports of a divorce adding strain to his personal life.
Walker’s wife, Annie Kilner, who is the mother of four of his children, is said to have begun proceedings to end their four-year marriage.
Walker has admitted he fathered a son and daughter with Goodman outside of his marriage - although is said to have not bought them Christmas presents for the past two years.
The Sun reported on Sunday that Goodman wants to focus on the two children, son Kairo, four, and daughter Kinara, one. It has not been stated where she will move to but, despite rumours linking Walker to Saudi Arabia and Italy, it seems unlikely the pair will cross paths.

A source told the Sun: “It’s been a turbulent time for Lauryn and she is keen to have a change of scenery, where she can focus on the children. She loves the idea of living somewhere sunny, like Dubai, temporarily.
“Because Kyle owns the property, she has to ask his permission to rent it out. She would need to do that in order to be able to rent a property abroad.
“She’s no longer close to her family, so feels she doesn’t have any ties to the UK right now, and has loved taking her children abroad on holiday to get away from everything.”
Walker and Goodman were locked in a child payment battle in court last summer.
But despite apparently being at loggerheads, it was reported that Walker had asked Goodman to meet in a hotel he was staying in.
Regarding his potential transfer away from Manchester City, Sky Blues’ gaffer Pep Guardiola said: "Two days ago, Kyle asked to explore the options to play abroad at the end of his career.
"In his [Walker's] mind, he would like to explore it, to go to another country, to play the last years [somewhere else] for many reasons.
"For that reason, I prefer playing other players whose mind is here."
