Canada international Kamal Miller has completed his move to the Portland Timbers after a one-year stint with Inter Miami.
The centre-back was brought to Miami by current Timbers manager Phil Neville, and now the pair are set to link up once again at Providence Park.
The Pacific Northwest club have forked out $500,000 in 2024 General Allocation Money (GAM), $125,000 in 2025 GAM and an international roster spot for the defender.
Miller has made 110 regular season appearances in MLS, registering three goals and six assists through five seasons since joining the league in 2019.
“Kamal was our number one target when I first got to Portland,” Phil Neville said.
“He brings great quality and experience being a regular for Canada, having played at a top level in the World Cup and being one of the top center backs in the league.”
