Igor Tudor’s agent, Anthony Seric, explains that his client’s ‘outburst’ on Sunday was ‘the result of tension’ and insists the Juventus coach will respectfully wait for the club’s decision on his future.
Tudor said on Sunday that he’d remain in charge of the team for the Club World Cup only if the Bianconeri had chosen him as the coach for next season.
Tudor’s contract was automatically extended until 2026 after achieving a top-four finish last night, but the Bianconeri can terminate it by paying just €1m.
The coach’s agent spoke to Sky Sport Italia on Monday morning, claiming that Tudor would remain in charge for the Club World Cup and clarified his claims.
“Yesterday’s outburst was a result of tension tied to achieving the objective, which came with difficulty, but was achieved in a climate of great serenity with the club,” Seric said via SportMediaset.

“He has an excellent relationship with Giuntoli and all parts of the club.
“He will not pressure the club about his future decision because he clearly hopes to still be the Juventus coach next season and will respect the timing of their choice.
“He spoke with Cristiano after his post-match interview, and Igor will honour his commitment to lead Juventus at the Club World Cup.
“He hasn’t been told anything different. Tudor feels like a true Juventus man, and he has worked with great passion and professionalism in recent months, a testament to his deep bond with the Juventus world.”
Tudor was appointed in March to replace Thiago Motta.
Under the Croatian tactician, Juventus won five games from nine, drew three and lost once.
Multiple sources claim that the Old Lady has already chosen Antonio Conte as the new coach for 2025-26.
Juventus will debut in the Club World Cup on June 18 against Al Ain.
The Serie A giants have been included in Group G alongside Manchester City (ENG), Wydad AC (MOR) and Al Ain (UAE).
