Jude Bellingham talks Real Madrid milestone, Alonso, PSG – ‘I have fulfilled every dream’ | OneFootball

On the eve of Real Madrid’s crucial Club World Cup semi-final clash against Paris Saint-Germain, midfielder Jude Bellingham shared his thoughts with Real Madrid TV.

The 22-year-old is on the verge of a personal milestone, his 100th appearance for the club, and the Englishman could not hide his pride.

“Everyone knows what 100 appearances for Real Madrid means,” said Bellingham.

“It’s a huge dream come true and a massive achievement. I still can’t fully believe it. Playing for this club demands a lot, physically, mentally, tactically.

“To be able to wear this shirt 100 times is something I’m incredibly proud of. It’s a special moment for me and my family, and I hope there are many more matches to come.”

Since joining Los Blancos, Bellingham has won both La Liga and the Champions League and delivered some unforgettable goals.

“Every dream I’ve had about playing for this club has been fulfilled – titles, moments, goals, great teammates,” he added.

“Now, I just want to help the team win the two games left in this tournament and bring the title back to Madrid.”

Adapting and leading on the pitch

Bellingham also spoke about his evolving role on the pitch under Xabi Alonso. “Every match is a new challenge. I never play the exact same role twice,” he said.

“Sometimes I’m more defensive, sometimes I have more freedom on the ball. I enjoy figuring out where I’ll be playing.

“That tactical variety excites me. I’ll do whatever is needed for the team—any role, any position. I’m comfortable and confident right now, and I love that the coaching staff trusts me in different areas.”

He continued, “Our team enjoys playing football, and there’s a lot of energy and enthusiasm under the new coach. We’re in a great moment right now.”

As Real Madrid prepare to face the reigning Champions League winners, Bellingham remains calm and focused.

“We’ve been here for three weeks, and it’s been a great experience,” he said. “I’m trying to stay relaxed, keep my body and mind ready. It’s going to be a tough match, but we’re ready to give everything,” he concluded.
