Whatever Oliver Glasner told Jean-Philippe Mateta behind the scenes must surely have been something special.
The Crystal Palace star is in the form of his life under the new boss, netting once again at Wolves on Saturday.
Mateta doubled Palace's lead after he poked home a shot off the bar for his 16th goal across all competitions this season.
Impressively, the strike sees him go toe-to-toe with another talented Premier League star.
Only Chelsea's Cole Palmer (11) has scored more goals than Mateta (10) since Glasner took over.
The manager has certainly breathed some new life into the centre-forward!
