Chelsea are relatively confident on finding a suitor for Nicolas Jackson, with a Premier League club no one has talked abut believed to be keen according to Ben Jacobs.
Jackson has seen his Chelsea future questioned following the arrival of both Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, with the Brazilian in particular making an instant impact.
It now appears Jackson is set to leave this summer, and he was left out of the squad for both pre-season games against Bayer Leverkusen and AC Milan last week.
Fabrizio Romano has reported it’s over between Jackson and Chelsea, but as of yet no official offers have come in for the 24-year-old.
The Senegal international is attracting interest from a number of clubs, and Jackson is thought to be top of Newcastle’s list if Alexander Isak leaves.

Newcastle are said to have had several conversations with the representatives of Jackson, whilst Italian clubs AC Milan and Juventus are also said to be interested.
Chelsea are thought to value Jackson at £80m, but it feels unlikely any clubs will meet that valuation, and the Blues may have to drop that price.
It’s also been reported if he ends up staying he would be reintegrated in the first team picture, and Jacobs has provided an update.
“Chelsea are relatively confident of getting a suitor for Jackson,” he said on a Playback stream with Chelsea content creator Alex Goldberg.
“We could get a surprise there too, I’ve heard another Premier League club that no one has talked about who are quite keen on Jackson.”
Jackson isn’t the only attacker Chelsea are hoping to move on before the end of the window, with Christopher Nkunku also in that category.

The departure of the Senegalese or Nkunku is key to creating space in the squad for Chelsea to bring in Alejandro Garnacho and Xavi Simons.
Nkunku is said to be valued at £43m, and is attracting interest from Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and clubs in the Premier League, although no official offers have been made yet.
