Inter Milan are keen to tie Simone Inzaghi down to a new two-year deal amid Al-Hilal’s genuine attempt to sign the Italian coach.
Per Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the parties will discuss a contract extension after the Champions League final.
Simone Inzaghi wants no distraction as he bids to lead the Nerazzurri to their first Champions League title since 2010.
Indeed, after a 2023 heartbreak against Manchester City, he’ll try to go one better against Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday.
After that, he’ll meet the club to discuss his future amid growing speculation linking him with a move to Saudi Arabia.

Inzaghi’s current deal at Giuseppe Meazza runs out in 2026.
Though Inter initially planned to extend his contract for another year, they’re now eager to tie him down until 2028.
Al-Hilal’s interest has convinced the San Siro outfit to change their approach.
Furthermore, the Italian giants will offer the 49-year-old better terms.
Indeed, they’re willing to increase his salary from €4 million to at least €7m, including bonuses.
On top of that, they’ve already allocated around €40m for a new striker.
